Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition (unused, uninstalled, with all original packaging and accessories)
  • You must initiate the return within 15 days of receiving your order
  • You must have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Important Note:

Non-Returnable Items: Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on garbage disposals that have been installed or used, or any appliance parts that have been installed or show signs of wear.

Step 2: Receive Return Authorization

Within 2 business days, our team will email you:

  • Return authorization number (required for processing)

Step 3: Ship Your Return

Package the item securely in its original packaging and include all accessories. Affix the return label (we will provide instructions for label procurement). For your protection, we recommend:

  • Insuring the package for its full value
  • Retaining your shipping receipt until the return is processed

Step 4: Processing Your Return

Once we receive your return:

Deductions

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged item or incorrect product:

International Returns

For customers outside the United States:
